Order confirmation

When ordering in the online store, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you specified in your order.

If you haven't received a confirmation within 1-2 days, check your trash to make sure the confirmation didn't end up there by mistake.

Right of withdrawal

Open purchase applies within 14 days and the right to exchange within 30 days from the day you received the item.

The right of withdrawal only applies to returned unused and undamaged goods.

Returns

If you need to return an item, contact us at info@careforclothes.se . We will get back to you with instructions on how the return should go and to which address the return should be sent. Always attach the order number and be clear about what the matter is about. It is important that you pack your return carefully to avoid damage to the goods. You as the customer pay return shipping. We do not accept returns that are sent against cash on delivery/cash on delivery. Returned goods are refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the return.

We normally deliver in 2-4 working days with Post Nord within Sweden. Free shipping can be selected for orders that exceed SEK 450. For orders under SEK 450, shipping is charged according to Post Nord's rate depending on the weight, but a maximum of SEK 72.

When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail or SMS.

If an item is sold out, we will notify you via e-mail or SMS.

If the package is not collected within 10 working days from the time it arrived at the agent, the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to debit the additional cost this entails.

We are delighted that so many people wish to subscribe to our newsletter and take advantage of our 10% welcome discount. Unfortunately, some subscribers have reported problems receiving the welcome email. In most cases, the email seems to end up in inboxes marked as "promotion", "marketing" or even in the "spam" folder.
